BIOTOPE, the new headquarters of the MEL (Métropole Européenne de Lille), Lille, France.
Biotope offers passers-by a breathtaking building, punctuated by immense hanging gardens, arranged in terraces. Inside this large green vessel, natural materials such as wood and stone are also used.
